Okay. Cliff's Notes version:

Orchid, as a 17 year old, is kidnapped and forced to work on a cleaning crew of kidnapped children in a huge factory, where she does a fabulous job.
Orchid gets POed about said work and said kidnapping and goes to confront owner of factory, who is the head honcho dude from the TV series LOST.
Orchid finds out a former classmate and otherwise good guy works for said creepy dude and reads him the riot act.
Orchid then finds out that all slaves are killed when they turn 18.
Orchid escapes to a huge nightclub in her cleaning crew clothes. Nightclub is populated exclusively by people of a completely different skin color than her own. Orchid sticks out like a sore thumb.
Orchid is swiftly escorted out of the building by a very tall man with a very warm hand. (I dunno, but his hand on my back in my dream was VERY warm.)
Orchid tells said man that she is not going to...um...have relations with him. Said man tells Orchid she is not his type.

Orchid's escort gets shot in the leg on the way to his car. Orchid gets him into car and gets car started in slooooooooow mooooootion, then squeals out of parking lot with tons of people in hot pursuit. Turns out Orchid was being held captive in a factory that is in a huge metropolis in the middle of North Dakota.

Escort is whining and complaining about being shot and having a broken leg. Orchid tells him to suck it up, she's not taking him to a hospital until they get to Minnesota. No one has died of a broken leg in her recent memory. Orchid is accused of being a heartless witch, with which she does not disagree.

The end.
