Thanks.
We need to get you a shirt that says, "I'm Ninja; you can't see me" on it.

I have one that says, 'Ninjas in stilletos: not so stealthy, but OH, so fashionable."

you are a goof!

Ok so I think I'm taking my weanlings to auction next month. it's a registered sale. $25 entry fee per head. if I sell them - probably for next to nothing - at least I won't have to feed them anymore. And I won't have to worry about them going to the kill pen cause they are too small for that.

I have a month to think about it. I just can't see spending $1000 to enter them in a TB sale when I know they aren't goin g to bring a couple hundred bucks at best

Anyone need a filly????

We should all change our tag line to that!!!

Someday I will have a horse again.
For now I just dream. I watch that Camelot thread and feel sooooo sorry for some of those horses. I thought about taking DH's van, driving to NJ, and coming home with a pony. If our yard were fenced we'd have a pony by now

And then I'd have to get him an alpaca for companionship.
And then I'd have to find a new DH

I wish I could buy one of your babies Batty, but I know that won't fly.
This is a bad time for having horses. I definitely would see if there is interest now, for $25 rather than later for $1000.
Sounds strange saying that you'd sell them, and yet the 25 or 1k is what you'd pay. Reminds of Sheldon's deal on cats....

Yea. That's where I'm at. Plus it's not just the sale fees. It's the daily feeding and monthly shots and worming and all. Plus we have two more on the way! Oh God, I am insane. Some one save me from this lunacy!!!!

Yeah, I know. I have to pay to put them in the auction and then pay a % of the sale price - if there is a sale price

But I'm spending $10 a day on grain and then there is hay and straw. I'd keep them in a heart beat if I could get someone else to pay the bills!
