and dang it woman....that's like a slice of heaven right there....but I've got under 100,000 to bargain with....making my payments more like 500 as opposed to 800 but the 500 includes tax and insurance where as the 800 does not. Then the heating this place is like whoa obscene...the 500 place a month I looked at, she spends 75 a month on heat! I can't imagine...mine can be up to 600 a month easy. sigh.
