The lack of action in the bator had me concerned. So I candled and sure enough, all 40+ eggs due tonight died ~day 10---2 days after I candled them.

So either I manhandled them (which I didn't) or the construction people blew the breaker when they tore out the bathroom and didn't say anything.

SON OF A BUSCUIT I AM MAD!!

*sigh*

HOWEVER- the eggs that are due onthe 18th seem to be ok-ish. I saw definate movement from one that had pipped internally. It even looked like the chick had started to crack the shell. I just want ONE MORE to hatch. Just so my singleton can have a brooder mate.

Good golly I could start cursing like a submariner with turrets.

But I wont.

For the New Year's hatch, I got 6 out of 73 eggs! I killed 55 of Mahonri's eggs! OMG I COULD SPIT, I AM SO MAD.

Totally unrelated note....our kitty, Miss Spunky is quite preggers. I think she should be having babies in the next week or two. Yay! More mouths to feed!
