Why can't I smack the drama llama again? Our mutt puppy (ok, he's 8 years old now, but none the less) is a Lab/Shepherd mixed with a Great Pyr. We know this. We got him from the owner of his mother (the Lab/Shepherd) who caught the father in the act, which was the first clue the owner had that the young lady was in heat. He also owned the Lab of the Lab/Shepherd - who was the father who was caught in the act with the neighbors Shepherd.
She's 100% sure he's a Golden. No. He's HUGE. He's moose sized. He's as tall as a male Pyr. He's 150 pounds. He's white with cream/badger markings like a Pyr in some Shepherd saddleing. His one ear goes up like a Shepherd, his other tries to go up but doesn't quite make it. But they aren't the pointy shape, they are the soft, round Lab/Pyr shape. He has double dew claws on his hind legs. He's HUGELY fluffy.
He looks NOTHING like a Golden. We have a Golden. They don't even look close to each other.
I have no idea what crack the drama llama is smoking. Or why she feels the need to tell me that my dog is a Golden.
