Have you butchered any yet? What are your thoughts, and at what week do you butcher them? How much did they weight after cleaning? I've been considering getting into them, looking for some feedback from someone. Great looking bird btw!

Thank you! I've posted my issues here and here. Definitely don't want to dismiss your questions but also don't want to derail the competition with details here. After you've read about my experiences, you might want to get other opinions as well.
