It's blueberry season so I made Blueberry Crisp.

Blueberries and a few other simple ingredients.

Contest rules say baked items. Doesn't necessarily say for humans. So a frozen treat doesn't fit unfortunately without a baked element.

It's made with the left over pulp from making blue berry jelly.

Stupid-easy too -- all done without measuring or anything. Layers of fruit and oatmeal and chunks of butter with sugar as necessary.

I make these crisps with any kind of fruit I can get. But this is blueberry season.
