They are very good looking peaches!
We had a farm here with good peaches, but the family did not want to continue the farm so it closed down this summer.Bought them from a farm where I used to work when I was laid off and needed something temporary.
Their peaches are amazing and I learned what the best ones to work with are. I used Contenders, which don't brown.
We have a 10' x 10' sweet corn patch that we cram with as much corn as we can.
We have had some corn on the cob for 2 suppers and I processed the rest for the freezer.
My corn last month, it got another foot taller and tasseled out:

Picked and shucked corn, and put it in the boiling water in the stockpot for 5 minutes, had to repeat this 5 times today:

I cut the corn off the cob and put 2 1/2 cups of fresh corn into freezer bags to freeze, I got 17 baggies this year:

I'm very thankful for the harvest. We pulled the corn stalks, husks and I saved the cobs to feed to my pigs, so nothing is wasted.
It looks very tasty!I don't think this counts as an entry since I'm only preserving it overnight (it's dinner tomorrow), but I wanted to show off my very first basil tomato sauce. Made with tomatoes and herbs from my garden. View attachment 3199586View attachment 3199588
