Natural Pectin Peach Jam

For some reason I have a terrible time with jam made with Sure-Jell or Certo but when I make natural pectin jams with nothing but fruit, sugar, and maybe a lemon to add extra acidity I get terrific jam every time. Go figure. 🤷‍♀️

Love me some peaches...you got a lot done!

2 bushels of peaches with only 4 bad ones in the bottom and some pulled out for eating made 12 quarts of halves, 8 pints of slices, and 8 half-pint jars of jam -- with the usual custard cup of extra jam because I don't have any mini-jars.
