Entry #1: Canned Peaches -- Quarts of halves in light syrup and pints of spiced peaches in slices.

Love me some peaches...you got a lot done!

2 bushels of peaches with only 4 bad ones in the bottom and some pulled out for eating made 12 quarts of halves, 8 pints of slices, and 8 half-pint jars of jam -- with the usual custard cup of extra jam because I don't have any mini-jars.
