This is Lucy, she was a registered POA and my first pony that I had to put down in April of this year. She was 27 years old and I owned her for 20 years. She taught me everything I know today and I couldn't be more grateful to have had her in my life for as long as I did. I miss her everyday but she is no longer in any pain.

This is Raven, she is a registered American Quarter Horse. I have owned her for six years and bought her as a 4 year old with only four rides on her. She is a 2D barrel horse now, trail horse, kids horse, whatever I need her for. She is my go to for everything. She is 16.2 hands and every bit of 1200 pounds, a majority of it being muscle. The ole girls a tank!

Official BYC 2023 Summer Fair
Equine Show Ring
Ends on August 20th, 2023​

Let's celebrate all the wonderful equines in our lives and show them off! This show ring is for any and all equines, horses, mules, donkeys, burros, and minis. This will be a random draw contest.

A picture of your equine, equine plus handler, or a riding picture in whatever discipline you enjoy will be eligible. Even those special views from atop pictures to celebrate time spent riding. Feel free to share what makes your equine so special.

In this contest, the winners will be picked using a random number generator.

Prizes:

• 3-month PFM! to at least three winners!

To increase your chances of winning, please read the rules before entering.

Rules:

1. Four entries per member. An entry is *one* picture of an equine(s). One entry per post, please.
2. Include a brief blurb about the equine(s).
3. The equine must be one of the following:
   • Your equine.
   • An equine that you have ridden or taken lessons on.
   • An equine that you take care of or help take care of.
4. You cannot use a photo that won an award in another BYC-sponsored contest.
5. High-quality images are recommended. Basic editing, such as cropping and other subtle changes, are allowed.
6. ALL photos MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
7. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
8. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)

Entries will be accepted until August 20th, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

This is Lani. She’s a 10 year old pure Arabian horse. I take lessons on her once a week.

This is Marshal, he’s a 10 year old Quarter horse cross Shetland pony. I ride him quite often and in shows all the time! He enjoys treats, short trail rides ( not the long ones ) , and jumping.
