I am just happy to be able to enter with knowing almost nothing about chickens really, other than YES THEY ARE LIKE POTATO CHIPS! I already am scheming a plot for a few turkeys next spring! I'm so happy to have this awesome resource when I need help and honestly I thought doing an entry from the POV of a total novice could be fun, heck, everything is new to me in this realm and I feel like a kid in a candy store! Today we had a lot of egg song going on, but we have yet to see an egg, since it was just over the top today I was hopeful, maybe tomorrow.
