Will the judging be on 12/3 and will the winners be announced that day too?

Tomorrow is the last day for submissions and then we begin the super hard process of reviewing and choosing the winners. It's not an easy task with so many amazing submissions, but we'll get it done as quickly as possible... hopefully within the week.
