just remembering how I used to get my hair to look like some of those pictures

1. When I was going to a concert ( bon jovie; motley crew; and others ) and going to the beauty shop and asking for my hair to look like a rats nest

2. I had a spiral perm and doing it myself with a blow dryer in one hand and and a can of aqua net in the other
And switching hands as I did sections of my hair and using the whole can of hair spray for one night

( and I have not thought about that in years
That was back when I was in my 20’s
I liked the aqua color and purple color of the cans

I remember going to pick up my friend & I would tell her 7pm & arrive at 8pm & she Still would not be ready. It took her 2 hours to do her hair, curling each piece with a baby curling iron, then poofing it all up & spraying it with Aqua Net. Too funny!

I recall cleaning the bathroom, the sticky hairspray all over the counter top & floor. Bathrooms always smelled like Aqua Net!
