Just so you get the dynamics here, the head boss hen is the one to the back. The front hen playing gate keeper-is the hench hen, and the hen below is the low ranking hen wanting to friend the boss hen, the hench is not having it. Like when you are driving in your car and your dog sees another dog, and goes bananas, as if to say "You cannot get in this car! I know you want to!"
