So I don’t want to be that person but I’m going to be that person. I feel like there should be a character limit to these contests. If you couldn’t actually fit the caption on the photo or in a line or two under it, it’s not really a caption is it? I feel like each contest I’m seeing longer and longer captions. A lot of us could write hilarious short stories but it’s not a story contest. It kind of irks me to see some really witty and clever captions with hardly any likes and a mini novel in first place.

Pekin: No one touches my buddy!

Pekin: How dare you take my picture! This is an outrage! Don't worry, friend, I'll cover you!
Brown duck: (To herself) Get my best side!

Pekin: And then we take the large thingy (Base ball bat), and smash it into the clear-thing-we-can't-go-through (Glass door), then we get all the fruit in the house.
Brown duck: How are you going to lift the large thingy?

 

[M-H-Fielding]

White duck: Well, old friend, they've found us. We might as well give in. (Starts singing.)
Brown duck: Your voice is worse than getting grabbed by four feet (Dog)!

 

[M-H-Fielding]

Mama duck: Now, for the last time! If you gave me six fresh eggs and one rotten one, how many chicks would I have when they hatched???
Her daughter: Ummmmmm, seven?
Mama: Nooooooooo! You don't count the rotten one!
Daughter: (To herself) But what about me?
