She really is a beautiful bird when she is in feather, a Prairie Bluebell Egger, and yes, she does seem quite miserable at the moment, poor dear!

Seems to be a lot of birds molting hard this year. I saw one of my EE today was nearly naked. Yours has some good fluff on her. She is very pretty even without most of her feathers.
