I thought she was going to skip a molt completely last year. Lo and behold. She decided to drop everything during one of our coldest months, January (of this year)! This chicken is molting again currently. To be clear she molted in January of this year and now has started a molt a few weeks ago. Idk how that would work for this contest or if it even could, so mostly I just wanted to share her current molt because it’s a bit rough, too!

You should be able to enter both, but for this case, she might be judged as two separate entries (usually an entry is the bird itself, no matter how many posts) as it's technically two "separate" molts. These pictures still qualify if you want to enter them!
