Ballotine Chicken Delight
Servings: 4 -6
1 chicken (about 3 to 4 pounds) boned
1 onion sliced 1 package country ham 1 pack sliced cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Lay deboned chicken out season with pepper you do not need to salt "country ham is salty" and layer with sliced onions then layer with sliced cheese and then layer with country ham. You do not need all of the onion nor all of the cheese Roll and tie in to a roast. Place in a preheated oven at 400 degrees and cook 1 hour. It is well worth it. This chicken can be sliced for sandwiches.

Also it is not had to debone a chicken look it up on internet and watch video.

Edited to neaten things up oh well I can't get the 1's in front the ham and cheese.

Great recipe, have you done a recipe page to make this official? Link below shows you where to do that.

Sounds yummy!

I did what you suggested but why make it official
Well, because more people will see it that way, because you can win a BYC cookbook, because we need great entries like yours, and because....because...well, just because....
