Sugar is pure carbohydrate. Get counting so that we can get an estimate.Yescause sometimes I eat them around lunch or as a meal then as a snack late at night
counting is a good idea. I have no clue how many I usually have but these are big muffins and I had a sandwich yesterday too (been trying not to) so probably a lot of carbs but even more so, probably a lot of sugar and salt.
Although I could never do that to sweet @Sapphire Sebright

I think that I'm missing something... I'm lost! Help!
Store-bought muffins are not worth eating, especially the ones that come sealed in cellophane. Maybe from a privately owned boutique bakery, but definitely not from a gas station or chain grocery. You should make yourself a rule, Dawg. Only homemade baked goods made with homegrown eggs.Probably a good idea!!! Sometimes I eat 2 of them in one day. Sometimes none. Also they used to be incredible and made fresh every day but now with Corona they’re prepacked and I’m pretty sure shipped from elsewhere or if they do make them, they’re not as good. Different recipe. So not point buying them if they’re not even good anymore haha
(That's my rule. Amended to add: If R2elk ever offers you a muffin you must accept and savor. That is a major life event.)Store-bought muffins are not worth eating, especially the ones that come sealed in cellophane. Well, they used to bake them fresh in the bakery every morning and they were really good... huge, soft, delicious. Fresh. I hate the boxed/actual prepackaged kind sold everywhere. But now they only sell them in 4 packs in plastic boxes and they’re nowhere near as good or fresh.Store-bought muffins are not worth eating, especially the ones that come sealed in cellophane.
