Oh and I’m 5’ 11” so healthy for me I think would be in the 160s. But it takes a lot for me to look fat with clothes on lol but I think I’m there again

It took a lot for me to get below 190. Took me forever lol at one point I was not lower than that for years. Finally lost it last year. Then even got below 180. That was another huge one. Now I am back up.

My highest was in 2016 at 207.

Around 2014-2015 I started steadily gaining more and more. Idk why. I do tend to stress eat.

And binge. Anyway, finally started losing then when I got sick of the double chin and being so heavy lol but I still never went below 190. So I’m mad I’m back up lol
