I have an idea and I can mess with it enough to learn. I just don’t know which one is best or whatever. Or is there only one kind and the rest are different brands? That’s the part that’s confusing to me.
Fitbit brand is the best IMO.
 
Yeah I never really weigh myself much but I also have been eating horribly lately lol so much snacking. 🙈

And lots of toast and bread now that I think about it lol

But tons of chips and salsa and queso, potato chips, ice cream, muffins, and not moving. :oops:

This cracked me up because sometimes I’ll text my sisters: oh I only had eggs for breakfast...oh and oatmeal...and a smoothie... and some chocolate and (the list goes on)
 
Oh and I’m 5’ 11” so healthy for me I think would be in the 160s. But it takes a lot for me to look fat with clothes on lol but I think I’m there again :hit It took a lot for me to get below 190. Took me forever lol at one point I was not lower than that for years. Finally lost it last year. Then even got below 180. That was another huge one. Now I am back up. :hit My highest was in 2016 at 207. :oops: Around 2014-2015 I started steadily gaining more and more. Idk why. I do tend to stress eat. :oops: And binge. Anyway, finally started losing then when I got sick of the double chin and being so heavy lol but I still never went below 190. So I’m mad I’m back up lol

:lau :gig :lau that’s me!!! I am constantly eating lol yesterday I had 4 slices of pizza and then chips and salsa 😂🤣😂🙈

But to be fair I was STARVING lol

Also I tend to eat super late at night and not sleep both of which I’ve read is bad for weight.

Girl you are tall!! I am 5’6 and I thought I was tall. I mean I knew I wasn’t the tallest but out of a lot of girls I met I seemed to be one of the tallest.
