Hey, KDOG, you survived the shower!
We got a thunderstorm here, too... now everything smells clean and fresh by the windows.
Yes I did!! Lol although I think the storm is way over by now. :lau

I only just got out a few minutes ago LOL
 
Just wait until this corona crap is over and the gyms are allowed to open back up.
There is a personal trainer with my name on him out there somewhere.
Ahhhh the smell of f.e.a.r. & testosterone..... The pungent aroma is never fatal but, it's do you in every time!
 
That you did... I'm almost afraid to go to sleep -- leg cramps are the worst alarm clocks, except for maybe foot cramps....
I think typically the soreness starts the next day. At least for me lol sometimes a few days later.

I was grimy from being outside today and the work out and felt gross and wanted to clean my face LOL

Maybe I should show you what a few types of push-ups we had to do in the Navy SAR swimmer school....
1) standard
2) tricept
3) wide arm
4) inverted
5) beach front
6) S.E.A.L style
7*) this is the worst, the instructor decides that we do them on "their count, when they get tired!" Uuugh! You see push ups become 2-4 count positions and if someone messes up then we become the 8 count body builders.... Anyone know these form of hell????
