Exercise is for peeps who aren't tired enough at the end of the day. :lau I got chickens and cows and turkeys, ducks, geese (and a compost pile) so I wouldn't have to do jump squats.

This is THE BEST kind of exercise.
My favorite.
 
It becomes normal...easy after practice.
You know like screen time...it's hard to understand how some people get 10 plus hours of screen time in every day.

What if you have anxiety that doesn't go away until you physically exhaust yourself enough to make your mind tired? I need both chores, AND workout sessions.

Meditation.... but workouts are good, too. :gig
Exactly lol but you can probably build a tolerance to working out too where you’re too in shape and don’t get the serotonin or whatever till you do more and more and more lol
