Ummm like at least 10-15. :hide maybe more.

I just did it and I’m like 191.5 but then again my stomach definitely is not empty. :lau

But it’s definitely in or close to the 190s again. :hide

I was like 175 for a while but then I crept back into the 180s the last few months and now apparently I am back into the 90s again :hit :hit
If I don’t weigh myself often I will slowly creep up. But by seeing the number I tell myself that day not to overdo it and for the most part I stay the same.
I haven’t weighed myself in a while till just now and I gained way more than I thought I had. :hit

That’s what happened to me when I got to the 150s I thought I was good and didn’t bother weighing myself anymore and bam 180s.

At 150 I’m considered healthy weight, but on the heavy side of healthy weight.
 
I want one but I can’t decide on one because I don’t understand it 😂

But if I had one I’m sure it would push me to walk more.

Yeah I never really weigh myself much but I also have been eating horribly lately lol so much snacking. 🙈

And lots of toast and bread now that I think about it lol

But tons of chips and salsa and queso, potato chips, ice cream, muffins, and not moving. :hide
