I make a green tomato relish that in my opinion is fantastic on a good burger and makes a bad burger palatable. I gave some to a neighbor and she put it on peanut butter sandwiches.

Mushrooms are amazing if prepared right. If they aren't.. well.. meh! I should pick some up when I go to the store today so I can saute them and have them with my steak.

That’s sounds good. The tomato relish that is. I need to get some relish recipes online.
