We have an annual Christmas Made in the South event - hundreds of artists and craftsmen rent booths in our Coliseum. I had planned to attend yesterday, but the attendee crowds have grown so much you feel like a sardine trying to move thru the place.

Most of the stuff is repetitive, but there are quite a number of "locals" who show up with really unique hand made items.

I bought the frying hen last year from the artist - She's around 90 years old and lives somewhere around Madison,GA.
