awesome!!! did it come with the candy?? i thought about using my daughters schleich toys too!

Yep, it came with the candy. The only thing I added was the crushed cereal for the path and a big batch of the egg white/powdered sugar icing (Friday Yet told me how to make it). Really liked working with that icing, it had a nice flow to it and dried hard.

You recognized the Schleich toys, lol! I found a boxed set at TSC that had the chickens, a coop/run and a farm lady (on sale no less). Once the g-bread is ready to get the heave-ho, I'll take the chickens off and have my own farm toys to play with!

my daughter loves going to TSC, and any store with the toys
and they are sooooo expensive!!
her favorite place is Ossipee (the town where there is a TSC, and 3 other feed stores)

She didn't really get that hen and rooster from TSC...she stealed them from my last year's entry! Ha!!

Hey you, there was no coop raiding involved in the making of my gingerbread barn! I got my own toys, so ha!
