I would not get on a horse right now. Poor thing. I hate seeing certain people on a “regular” horse. You really see them (horse) struggling.

I plan on finally getting a hair cut. That should be a couple of pounds at least.
Too true. I was way too skinny during high school (weird, I know). I looked sick. My cheeks were sunk in, etc. My teachers were getting concerned about me. I was about 120ish; I look much better at 150ish. Although at this point, I’ll take any safe and consistent loss, if for nothing else than the sake of my joints.
My yoga teacher gave me permission to share her short and easy videos if anyone is interested. Honest, easy. Each is about 20 minutes.
Key word: WORK.
