Ended Official BYC Mini-Contest - When Will BYC Hit 23 Million Messages?

Do something about it. 2 weeks of consistency will form a habit.
Yeah I’m definitely going to start cause I moved a ton today after not moving much for a while and it felt great (albeit exhausted) and I also felt great after moshing the other day even though it was just for like 10 minutes so I definitely want to start doing more of that sort of thing. Although I’m not sure the breathing/heart could be fixed that fast? Or maybe it can? I do have asthma too which I think might be contributing to it since I’ve always had bad lungs but the lack of movement definitely doesn’t help. Weird though cause I can walk a lot but yet will start breathing heavy from stairs or sprinting :confused:
