Ended Official BYC Mini-Contest - When Will BYC Hit 23 Million Messages?

Just looked up Angel Food Cake recipe and wow didn’t realize it was that simple. I’ll see if that’s what I’ll do since I need to cut down on my sugar intake and that eggnog will have it’s good share of it.

But at least now I’ll have it in the back of my head for the future.

Because the sugar in eggnog is as a sweetener, you can fully substitute a fake sugar such as Sucralose for the sugar. In things that the sugar is part of a chemical reaction you can only substitute about half the sugar with a fake sugar.

Another thing to do with extra egg whites is to make meringue.

The hubs said to just cook the egg whites for the chickens or dogs. Problem solved

why didn’t I think of that??
