Official BYC Poll: What type of incubator do you use?

I use a german made Heka 1*... It's a cabinet style incubator. It's on the pricey side but well worth it. It's beautiful to look at as well. I basically put the eggs in and forget about them... well. almost. First of all ... how can you forget those little fluff balls happening in there!! You got to check on them!! Second I do have to add water. I could have gone with the automatic but that would have cost me an arm and a leg.
The only thing I would do different about buying a Heka... I would go with a higher capacity!!! Mine fits 90.

Nuture Right 360 and Brinsea Maxi Advance. I have an Incuview but I had temp spike issues on many occasions so I just don't trust it anymore. I LOVE the NR360 and Brinsea.

I am now using an Italian Borotto 24 REAL incubator, before that I used a still air with automatic roller. Was ok, but not in the class of the Borotto. All their incubator are calibrated before they get sold. Spot on temperature you can rely on. I was also sold on the water reservoir that is filled externally.

I started with homemade foam ice chest incubators, then I found multiple "no name" incubators. With lots of work I have had success with these, but you sort of have to count on them being unreliable and put in the extra work to get good results. I recently found a second hand but in great condition GQF Sportsman Cabinet incubator. I'm working on my first hatch out of it and am loving the ease of use and consistency.

I use one that idk the name of. It’s not an extremely common one but it does an amazing job. It’s not very tall, has a plexiglass window Over the majority of the top, has yellow turners and a humidity kettle so you don’t have to open the incubator. But I’m hoping to buy a little giant incubator at TSC or something when this one stops working

Will you double check to see if there is a manufacturers name in that book please?

I have two nurture right 360s and a brinsea octagon 20 eco. I love the 360s, the brinsea isn't too bad either.
