I usually feed them all the same 20% protein diet, with an extra 22% added on occasion.

I will offer some extra corn to help put fat on them, but won't go overboard with it.
 
Fodder and fermentation are so very different they should be broken out separately. I ferment in the winter to get extra water into them but would never bother growing fodder.

Thats what I do. But along with corn I provide a tiny bit of scratch (flax, rolled barley, seeds, corn). I stick with 20% and feed mealworms as well. Mealworms and scratch take up no more that 1/2 cup a day, which I rarely reach.

I go a cup, or two of corn every other day.
 
Keep it pretty much the same, they get all they want to eat, and plenty of water and gravel. Occasionally the free range to dirt nap but that's about all I do.
