I gave left over cooked rice to my hens. All the hens rushed to gobble it up. The lead hen would take a bite and as she was swallowing a mouthful, would demand everyone stop eating, because she was not done eating and she was only taking a moment to swallow. (With a mouthful of rice...) "I am not done, I am only swallowing! This rice is mine!" All the other hens ignoring her of course.

Her face looked like this hen.
