Hey everybody!!

We've been compiling a list of the top disease, injury, and health questions asked on BYC. Our data says one thing, and we have our own experience, but as a "sanity check" I'd love to hear what y'all think... so here's the question:

What are the top 3 - 5 questions that you hear people ask related to chicken / chick disease, injury, and health?

Lots of questions about emergency care after predator attacks/injuries are on this board. I've read it a lot because I knew nothing when I started. Parasite problems are frequently discussed as well as my chicken is limping.

It varies by the seasons: Springtime it's all about cocci in chicks and lice on chicks/chickens, alot of eggbound problems as well. Late spring/early summer it's internal parasites. Summer it's fowl pox and heat related issues. Winter it's frostbite, mites. Respiratory diseases, bumblefoot, leg and foot injuries, crop issues are anytime. Predator or accidental injuries are anytime as well.
