Ok, you know how on the board Breeds, genetics, and showing has all those Maran, wyandotte, ect. threads? Well i decided we should make a thread just for chicks! You can post videos, pictures and stries about your chicks. Any breed at all is welcome we just wanna see some fuzz butts!

My welsummer babies I hatched in October.

Moose (appropriately named because he was twice the size of the other chicks that hatched)

Moose at about 9 weeks. (he's 11 weeks now)

My 2 pullets, also welsummer. You can see Moose on the left and the 2 ladies on the right. And a BR cockeral in the picture too.

And my pullets now.

Hey Bock_Bock,

What brand of digital thermometer and/or hygrometer are you using? is it accurate? I tried a hygrometer(digital) last year, and i don't think it helped, going to a wet bulb this year.

This chick is probably one of my favorites because he has white fuzz but purple skin and has no silkie background at all

My babies are 4 1/2 weeks old. Not sure what breed. We can pretty much tell we have 2 Roos out of the bunch.
