I had actually printed out pictures of every bird I owned to stick in my journal as they grew up. They're good to look back through.

I doubt that would be the case. If it was, the site admin would have probably told at least the moderators. But I guess you could look.

People have tried emailing him, but I gather there was no response.

I remember I used to be obsessed. PL was bad for my health, but it was a blast.

Yeah Russ just dropped off the face of the planet. I wish I had known he was going to drop the site I would have made a bid to buy it.
