I have an 11-month old muscovy duck who is currently on her second brood. First time she successfully hatched and raised 13 ducklings, but this time through, we only let her sit on three eggs, of which I am pretty sure only one will hatch, maybe two. The first hatched yesterday and, while mom sits on the remaining two, this little guy likes to sleep on mom's back. Pics below from my wireless duck house cam.

So much cuteness. Might explode.

So cute!

And I'm glad to see I am not the only one with a duck house cam.

Thanks everyone. Number two has hatched and the third is externally pipped. I'm borderline overrun but I do have a large lake in the backyard so I'm not worried.

The duck cam is a Foscam Pan and Tilt IP camera. I got it on Amazon for about $60. It needs to be plugged into a power source so I just run an extension cord out there because my duck house isn't far. When you set it up, it needs to be plugged into your computer before you can go wireless with it. But it's pretty great-- good IR resolution and has a motion alarm, plus it has sound.
