I'm wondering about 1 of the three pullets I got about a month ago because when I compare "her" to her sister, ummm not looking so much like each other.
It was supposed to be 2 Araucauna pullets (but they are not rumpless so that was wrong) & 1 Rhode Island
The EE (Ameraucanas?) are twice the size of the Rhode Island who I have no doubt is a girl but I suppose my question is can Ameraucans vary so much in the comb area at 6 weeks & is it normal for pullets of the same age to have such size difference between breeds?

Cassie about a week ago

Cisco about a week ago. She hasn't really changed except in size & wasn't much for posing for me while I had the camera out

Don't know... I'm new at this, but just have to say that Cassie is beautiful!!! They both are. Love the coloring!

Dobieslady- Thank you

Turner- That's what I'm starting to think, especially since within the past few days Cassidy has started making this odd noise while bouncing about. It's not a crow per say, but its not clucking either

Nicole- Pair as in one of each??

Yes, both male and female. Your chicks are stunning. I've read that most black and white EE's are male. I'm not sure if it's true though.
