Take the egg out of the incubator, and hatch the chick out yourself. I recommend getting a Q-tip, and a warm bowl of water, and every time you make a zip in the shell, moisten the membrane you've just exposed with that warm water.

Well, I don't really understand what you said there. I thought you left it to hatch in the incubator, and now you're saying it's yolk wasn't absorbed.

Did you hatch it out, and was it dead?
