Never tried either of those but I might have to start! It’s not bad all the time, just sometimes, and all the walking has been helping!
Try a tennis ball 🎾 lay it on floor lay on top of it and move around so it moves around works great has issue with sciatic with both pregnancy and it worked wonders granted getting up was a whole other story but my back was some better

Oh wow that sounds amazing and easy enough to do! We have a ton of tennis balls in the garage for some reason so will have to try that!!

Oh wow that’s awesome!! Mine is just really hard and uncomfortable which is why we got the topper but then now the topper is like already getting kinda worn out or something, idk. There’s indents on both the sides where I sleep so gonna have to try laying in the middle 😂 although I’ve started sleeping on a different side than usual lately and been better. I try to mix it up 😂
