So, my niece & her husband are in their 30’s with small children and they live with my sister. Let’s just preface this with They’re weirdos. They decided out of the blue thst they did not want to come to our house for Thanksgiving because of the chickens. And they didn’t. They sent all of us links about salmonella. I’m not even going to go there, but NOW as we’re baking all these cookies at MY house - my niece wants me to do all the cooking at my sisters house just so they can eat the cookies. Because otherwise she won’t or let her children. I told her they’re all going to have my eggs in them so she won’t want them anyway. UGH!!!!!! Why would they turn this into a HUGE deal involving the entire family? Don’t come then and don’t eat my damn cookies. Sorry. End of rant.

I have a sister in law like that. Once we were attending a Thanksgiving at her house and everyone was bringing something. Like pot luck. I was told to bring a Mrs. Smith's Apple pie from the freezer at the grocery store!!!
Her own brother (not my husband) brought a homemade dark chocolate pecan Rum pie, it was soooo good. I think DH, me and the couple who made it were the only ones who even tried it.

I know which is why it’s so weird that I was still starving!! But no actually to both points I didn’t eat anything else after that. I’m still starving! And I walked around several stores and lugged water out to the birds several times today, coming back in to refill the jug every time for all 3 pens, and get the eggs.
