I have to fight one of my cats for my eggnog. The alcoholic stuff. I had a cat a long time ago who would try to steal sips of my maitais.

Oh wow! Luna usually seems to mostly go after water (despite always having a full bowl and getting plenty of moisture from food) but she will investigate other drinks as well too. She also loves certain foods. Like she used to always steal the butter and asparagus Thankfully she doesn’t go up high anymore. She also literally once stole a chip out of my hand and I was like

she would always do it when no one was in the room! We’d come back in and find her gnawing away on the asparagus and/or having knocked it on the floor or be licking the butter if somebody forgot to cover it. we now no longer leave anything out and are very very careful about covering the butter but she’s so old now, she doesn’t jump up anymore anyway.
