So much for trying to show off your chickens right. Its more like show off all these mud creatures and I have a lot of white silkies for sale right now.

I have a feeling that here in the south we are gonna have a killer hot summer. Last year in Aug. which is usually unberable was nice but that was only because of the hurricanes out west.

Man on mam I'm tired of all the tornado warnings.

O_O TORNADOES????????????? Yikes!

Weather's been screwy here in Bellville TX too. Got 9 inches of rain in less than two days about a week ago. Before that we hadn't seen rain for months. The good news is that it finally filled up the pond. Bad news is that it washed away my garden.

Hot as heck here now. Supposed to be in the mid-90s this week, which is well above the average temp. I agree with a previous poster that it's going to be a hot, miserable summer.

Unless, of course, we have another active hurricane season.

Something else weird about last year. Instead of waiting to get cold until Nov it started in Sept. I still had about 80 biddies. WT..... is going on.

Yes it could be much worse, no rain means wild fires and such , just look at California right now with no rain.
