Hi. Most keep it on for at least three days, maybe 5. If it hasn´t worked, do it longer... depends how soon you´ve caught it.

i am new to geese so i didn't realize what it was, the goose had it about a week after i brought him home (his name is Vivian because i was convinced he was a she when i brought him home oops) and he is now 4 months old i tried wrapping for about 8 days once but it didn't seem to help should i just keep wrapping them or do you think the damage is permanent?

At 4 months most likely is permanent what you can do though is trim the feathers back as far as you can with out blood to prevent him from catching them on anything. Angel wing doesn't affect their health at all just looks. If you look on you tube you can find quite a bit on feather trimming.
