Oh my heck did I end up with a Guinea instead of a leghorn?

Be easy on me guys, to a newbie they look like chickens, and the feed store guy said they were leghorns, and Ideal hatchery sent them as chicks and I called them and asked them what it was and they confirmed a leghorn!

We've all made the "breed" mistake at a feedstore....not so common with the "species" mistake. It's just funny! We're not being mean I promise!

My moms b/f is very very bad at chicken breeds and I give up on trying to teach him the difference between a dominique and BR. He brought home a bunch of chicks from TSC and could not telll what was which. I know we had 4 EE's (2 where killed by something during the night) and a cochin but he could not guess on any breeds so dont worry. I been there before myself. Heck I thought the only duck breeds out there was mallards but hey I was wrong.

I should have known something wasn't quite right. I was looking up the phone number this morning to call the feed store about their "chicken" and saw their address............
