Oh no! Could it be spraddle?

Today I was looking through my chicks, and noticed one off to the corner. It looks like it has spraddle. But, they are 2 weeks old, and none of them seemed funny yesterday.

Could it be something else?

I applied the bandaid splint... but I'm just wondering if spraddle can just happen like that.
