Oh No! Heat lamp went out!

I just went to check on my chicks, and the heat lamp was off! They were all huddled in a ball in the corner! It may have been out as long as two hours. They are in my garage, so not too cold, but not heated either. I had another thankfully, and got it mounted and on.... will they be ok?

They are active now. A few were drinking, and eating. Anyone? Will they be ok?

id say they should, but keep a close eye on them. watch the temps. also watch for pastie butts.

How old are they? What are the temps outside?

Thanks for replies. They are in the two week range I think? TSC was not helpful with that.... It's 50ish tonight, but they are in a closed garage so warmer than than that. Plus the dryer vent passes by the brooder, and they were huddled on that side. Dryer was running!
