oh no...is it a roo?

well...I have a "pullet" that I suspect is actually a cockerel and I wanted to ask around to be sure....it's a lovely bird...speckled sussex 14-16 weeks old now (give or take a little). So, do I have a little roo? (p.s. sorry for the bad photos, they are from my phone)

I think you can see the emergence of sickle and saddle feathers. I say roo.
