Hey guys I have a question regarding health and safety of my ducks. I have 2, 9 month old cayugas (1 male 1 female). I also have 2 Khaki Campbell’s that I thought were both female, but at 6 weeks old one is still raspy peeping and the 4 week old is already having quacks. So I’m guessing I have 1 male and 1 female khaki.

Are my 2 girls in danger of the 2 boys? The cayugas are bonded and I’ve already started to see them mating. The khakis are bonded together and don’t really follow the cayugas around. Could I maybe be in the clear to keep all 4?

It depends on how the drakes are but let's say they are like most drakes you're going to need 6 more sexed females from the hatchery or separate the boys from the girls if the boys can get along or re-home one of the boys but you'd still need a few more females.
You could also look on Craigslist for females. You'll want them to be larger or same size as the males FYI.
Good luck and hope this helps! :)

can you seperate the boys from the girls? my drakes are super sweet to each other with no girls! my girls are in a different coop with my youngest/smallest drake
