Oh no lost power today now what???

I have 31 eggs in the incubator, came in to blinking clocks, I called the neighbor she said we were out for 3 hours today. I have 3 day old eggs and 7 day old eggs. Now what first time incubating, some are chicks some are duck

They should be fine. They might hatch just a little late but if it was only three hours no reason to think they are gone. I would candle around day 10 to see what you have going. Good luck!
